Rules & Regulations
Front Gate Procedures
Upon arriving at the event, exchange your tickets for a wristband. Due to regulations set forth by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission, there will be no In & Out priviliges.

What To Bring
A low-back chair (30" tall max.), blanket (10' wide max.), non-professional cameras, sunscreen, hats, and cash/ATM/Debit/Credit Cards.

What Not To Bring
Please do not bring the following items: alcohol, pets, audio or video recording equipment, barbeque grills, canopies.

Lawn Seating Only
All tickets provide Lawn Seating only (regardless of whether you have purchased VIP or General Admission tickets). Handicapped viewing area is available.

Chairs, Umbrellas

Feel free to bring a low-back chair (30" tall max.) or blanket (10' wide max.) Please feel free to bring umbrellas and high-back chairs but umbrellas and high-back chairs must be positioned on the perimeter of a seating area or in the areas marked Umbrella Zones. Common Sense Rule: if your chair will block the view of others behind you, set yourself up in one of these areas... because you may be asked to move later.

Bringing Food, Beverages, Coolers & Picnic Baskets

Food may be brought to the festival; please use plastic utensils only. Factory-sealed plastic beverage containers are permitted, but no glass or metal containers (including glass bottles and aluminum cans). Picnic baskets & coolers must not exceed 15" tall x 15" wide x 22" long. All baskets/coolers subject to inspection.

Food & Drink
The international food court will include a variety of authentic vendors; everything from BBQ ribs to cajun sausage to vegetarian pitas. Beverages of all type will be available, including beer, wine, water and non-alcoholic beverages.

Cameras & Press Requests
Through its contractual obligations with the performers, LBBF is required to limit all professional cameras at the event. Any camera deemed professional in nature will not be allowed into LBBF unless approved in advance - no exceptions! Video cameras and audio recording equipment is not allowed into the venue. All press requests must be submitted to press@omegaevents.com by August 20, 2007.

Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept the following payment methods at the festival - cash, ATM/Debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.)

The Event Card
Put away the wallets... and pick up The Event Card. Similar to a debit card, blues fans can place any amount of money on The Events Card, purchase food, beverage, and Official Blues Merchandise, and all unused money left on the card will be refunded when you leave... it’s that easy.

To improve efficiency, Event Cards will be available each morning prior to the gates opening, as well as at four locations throughout the venue. Save yourself some time inside and grab an Event Card while you are waiting for the gates to open. The main refund booth will be directly inside the front gate. If you have any questions on The Event Card System, feel free contact us at eventcards@yahoo.com.
