Bliss 525 Contest Rules
The contest start date is Monday, January 16, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and the end date is Sunday, February 26, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (KJAZZ reserves the right to end the contest earlier. Any change in dates will be posted on the web site). KJAZZ to give away nine (9) $50 certificates online each week for six (6) weeks. Nine (9) winners to be randomly selected each week from all eligible on-line entries to each win a $50 gift certificate to Bliss 525. Total of fifty-four (54) gift certificates to be given away to fifty-four (54) winners. Certain restrictions apply on usage of the certificate (including that tax and gratuity are excluded, gift certificate must be used in one (1) visit, no change is given in the event that the card is not used in full during visit, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount). Any other restrictions will be included on the gift certificate. Reservations are available for Bliss 525 by calling at least 24 hours in advance. Winner and guests must be 21 years of age or older. Contestants can enter at most one (1) time over the six (6) week contest. Contestants who enter more than one (1) time per week will be disqualified from the contest. Winners will be contacted by telephone or e-mail by the KJAZZ promotions department. All winners to be selected by March 1, 2012. Winners will be randomly drawn each week from all eligible entries.
